I have a connective tissue disorder and require frequent body work. Jenna was extremely adaptive, attentive, and intuitive with her massage. I haven't been pain-free for so long afterwards in a very long time! I will definitely be back often!! EDIT: Had my second appointment one week from my first and saw Christianna. She was able to give me targeted suggestions for my complex health issues. She also was able to help pinpoint my stubborn hip pain and helped me form a routine to get myself out of pain! I have been referring ReNew to all of my local friends and will absolutely be a regular!

When I look for a spa, I'm paying attention two things. A massage therapist who caters the session to my specific needs and an overall relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I found ReNew following a few months of shopping around and after a few ad hoc sessions decided to set up recurring appointments. Scheduling and making adjustments to appointments is really easy as their admin is always responsive whether by text, phone, or email. They also frequently have openings come available that they advertise to all clients first-come-first-serve, which create opportunities for a surprise treat day. The spa is located upstairs in an adorable building and recent renovations have expanded the space to include a separate entrance that leads into a cozy lounging nook where you can spend time before and after sessions. I typically schedule with the same therapist, Jenna, but have also had appointments with others when I want to squeeze in an off-schedule appointment. Jenna has the sweetest energy and has an ability to put you at ease and ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage. Every session is very thoughtful, asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure, checking out medical history etc. Jenna is very skillful, knowledgeable, and knows exactly the right areas to work on. I am continuously impressed by her professional and attentive care. The time always goes by so quickly, but the entire experience is extremely relaxing to such a point, that I almost always fall asleep. Her hints and tips about stretching and movement has also improved my overall well being immensely. But, you can't go wrong with any of the staff here. I just had a session with Kelley and her technique, knowledge, lovely firm pressure combined with a range of temperatures- warm oils to hot stones- were 'chef's kiss'. By the end of the session, all my knots were worked out, tension eased and I left feeling refreshed for the rest of the day. Soothing scents, soft lighting, relaxing music,

Exceptional experiences at this massage practice. Hot stones are incorporated into the massages with no extra added on costs. The ambiance and decorations are calming. So far, I’ve seen Heather, Jenna & Summer and within their own different techniques they are all wonderful.

I’ve been going to Renew for the past 2 years. Jenna is amazing. She works out all my quirks and even finds areas that I didn’t even know need attention! The space is beautiful and extremely relaxing.

We came in to have a couples massage. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend Renew Cville Wellness to everyone! One of the main reasons we went was because it was our anniversary. Before we even got there I was having issues with my sciatica. While there therapist worked very hard on my sciatica, lower back and legs to help elevate the pain. Both my husband and I left there wanted more!! We will be back next year.

Hands down (no pun intended), the best massage I have had. Like many of us, we work and workout, but never take the time to take care of ourselves. Huge shoutout to Jenna. Thank you for a great experience and creating a warm and welcoming environment to relax in.

ReNew Cville Spa & Wellness was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to many places around Charlottesville for massages and ReNew Cville was the best by far. The atmosphere is so relaxing and my deep tissue massage from Summer was amazing. She had great technique and I left feeling totally zen. I will be a frequent visitor from now on!

My new favorite spa in Charlottesville! From the moment I entered, I felt so cared for and at peace. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. I had a prenatal massage by Jenna, and it was the BEST thing I’ve done for myself all pregnancy. She helped alleviate pain that I’d been dealing with more months and the effects lasted longer than any other treatment I’ve had. Can’t recommend this spa enough!

If you want, hands down, the best massage in one of the cleanest and most relaxing spaces ever..I can’t recommend this place more. I constantly carry tension and stress in my neck and shoulders (turns out my arms as well) which I constantly complain about. My massage therapist, Olivia, knew exactly the right movements to give me instant relief. She is well versed in her pressure, movements, and experience. I was beyond impressed with how well I was treated before, during, and after my session. I’ve never had hot stones during a massage and I don’t imagine going without them ever again. I’ve been spoiled! They were the perfect temperature and added so much to the experience. Thank you to the owner, Heather, for recommending the service and the therapist. It definitely was a match made! Looking forward to my next visit!
